Sinopharm Group Co. Ltd. has announced changes to its board committees’ leadership, appointing Mr. Zhao Bingxiang as chairman of both the nomination and strategy and investment committees, and as a member of the legal and compliance and environmental, social and governance committee. Additionally, Mr. Lian Wanyong has been appointed as a member of the strategy and investment committee and the legal and compliance and environmental, social and governance committee, effective from September 14, 2024.
