Sinopec Oilfield Service’s Meetings Unanimously Approve Resolutions

Sinopec Oilfield Service (HK:1033) has released an update.

Sinopec Oilfield Service Corporation recently held its 2023 Annual General Meeting and the first class meetings for A and H shareholders for 2024, which saw unanimous approval for all resolutions. The meetings, which took place at the Beijing Shengli Hotel, were well-attended, with 74.18% of the company’s total shares represented. Notably, the majority shareholder, China Petrochemical Corporation, abstained from voting on one particular resolution due to regulatory requirements.
