SINOPEC Engineering (Group) Co., Ltd. has announced an interim dividend of RMB 0.15 per share for the six months ending on 30 June 2024, with the dividend payable on 28 October 2024 at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.09089. The ex-dividend date is set for 03 September 2024, and the applicable withholding tax rates for non-resident shareholders are 10% for enterprises and individuals from countries with relevant tax agreements, and 20% for individuals from countries without such agreements or with a 20% tax rate stipulated.
