SINOPEC Engineering (Group) Co., Ltd. has declared an interim dividend of RMB0.150 per share for 2024, payable to shareholders on record by September 10, 2024. The dividends, to be distributed by October 28, will be paid in RMB for domestic shareholders and converted to Hong Kong dollars for H Shareholders using the prevailing exchange rate. A 10% enterprise income tax will be withheld for non-resident enterprise shareholders in compliance with Chinese tax laws.
