Sinomax Group Limited has announced that Mr. Lam Chi Fan will transition from an executive director to a non-executive director role effective from August 1, 2024, while retaining his positions as chairman of the Board and the Nomination Committee, as well as his membership in the Remuneration Committee. This re-designation will not alter the current Board composition, which includes a balance of four executive directors, one non-executive director, and three independent non-executive directors. The change comes as part of a strategic repositioning, with Mr. Lam’s extensive experience in the polyurethane foam business and leadership within the company since its inception in 2000.
