Sinohope Announces Key Management Changes

Sinohope Technology Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of Ms. Lau Ling Yun Agnes as the company secretary and authorized representative, effective August 30, 2024. She will be succeeded by Ms. Peng Sisi, who also takes over as the new process agent following Mr. Zhou Haigong’s resignation from the role. The Board expressed gratitude to Ms. Lau for her service and welcomed Ms. Peng, who brings over a decade of experience in company secretarial work.
