Sino-Ocean Group Holding Limited reported unaudited operating statistics, announcing August 2024 contracted sales of approximately RMB2.06 billion and a sales area of about 178,900 square meters, with an average selling price of RMB11,500 per square meter. Year-to-date figures show an accumulated contracted sales total of approximately RMB22.18 billion and an average selling price of RMB12,000 per square meter. Investors are cautioned not to place undue reliance on these preliminary figures as they are subject to change upon final auditing.
