An update from Sino-Ocean Group Holding ( (HK:3377) ) is now available.

Sino-Ocean Group Holding has issued a profit alert indicating it expects to report a profit attributable to shareholders of between RMB6 billion and RMB7.5 billion for 2025, reversing a loss of about RMB18.6 billion in 2024. The turnaround is largely driven by non-cash gains from the completion of its offshore debt restructuring and substantial progress in restructuring onshore borrowings, signalling a material easing of its immediate balance sheet pressures.

However, excluding these one-off restructuring gains, the group still anticipates a loss for the year, reflecting continued weakness in China’s property market, lower revenue and margins, higher impairment provisions on projects, and reduced contributions from joint ventures and associates. The results remain subject to audit and potential adjustments, and the company has urged shareholders, bondholders and prospective investors to exercise caution when trading its securities ahead of the full-year figures due by the end of March 2026.

The most recent analyst rating on (HK:3377) stock is a Hold with a HK$0.10 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Sino-Ocean Group Holding stock, see the HK:3377 Stock Forecast page.
