Sinjia Land Limited CEO, Mr Cheong Weixiong, chaired the company’s EGM in the absence of the Chairman, Mr Cheung Chi Kin. Shareholders gathered to vote on resolutions, including the approval of issuing over 207 million new ordinary shares, with all voting conducted by poll as detailed in the previously circulated EGM Notice. The meeting proceeded smoothly with no pre-submitted shareholder questions and the involvement of professional scrutineers to oversee the polling process.
