Singapore Post Limited has resolved its disputes with Mr. Tan Ho Sung by entering a confidential settlement agreement concerning the transfer of shares and termination of ongoing litigation. This agreement, which involves no admission of liability, is deemed by the company’s Board of Directors to be in its best interest and is not expected to materially affect the company’s net tangible assets or earnings per share for the current financial year.
