Singapore Paincare Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Wong Yee Kong as an Independent Non-Executive Director, alongside his roles as Chair of the Nominating Committee, and member of both the Audit and Remuneration Committees, effective from April 11, 2024. Ms. Lai Chin Yee has been appointed as Chair of the Remuneration Committee while retaining her positions as Board Chair and Audit Committee Chair. Additionally, Dr. Lim Kah Meng has been redesignated as a member of the Remuneration Committee, continuing his membership in the Audit and Nominating Committees.
