Singapore Institute of Advanced Medicine Holdings Ltd. has successfully issued 37,777,777 new ordinary shares to repay lenders, thereby increasing its total share count to 1,045,606,712. The repayment shares have been allotted to various lenders including ISquare Pte. Ltd. and individuals such as Lee Ting Ni. These shares are set to be listed on Catalist around April 22, 2024, and will be on par with existing shares except for entitlements to dividends or distributions before their issuance.
