Singapore Institute of Advanced Medicine Holdings Ltd. has announced the issuance of 37,777,777 new ordinary shares to repay loans, with the shares to be listed on the SGX-ST’s Catalist upon meeting listing requirements. The move, which follows previous March announcements, received the official listing and quotation notice on April 11, 2024, and the company must place the shares within seven market days from this date.
