Singamas Container Holdings Limited, a Hong Kong-based company, has announced two separate finance lease arrangements with MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company S.A. for a total of 25,000 containers over a 14-year lease term. The deals, which allow the customer to buy the containers at lease-end, are valued at approximately $34.92 million and $47.31 million respectively and comply with the Hong Kong Listing Rules for discloseable transactions.
