Singamas Container Holding Limited has announced the retirement of Mr. Lau Ho Kit, Ivan and Mr. Cheng Fu Kwok, David from their roles as independent non-executive directors, effective from the upcoming annual general meeting on 26 June 2024. The board has proposed the election of Mr. Ng Wai Lim as a non-executive director, and Mr. Lam Sze Ken, Kenneth and Ms. Wong Sau Pik as independent non-executive directors, with the changes taking effect post-AGM. The company expressed its gratitude to Mr. Lau and Mr. Cheng for their valuable service and contributions during their tenure.
