Additionally, Gibber is eligible for a one-time $2.5 million bonus and comprehensive severance benefits, alongside potential discretionary bonuses linked to acquisitions by Sinclair Ventures, LLC. His agreement also mandates non-compete and confidentiality clauses, securing his commitment to the company.
