Sincere Watch (Hong Kong) ( (HK:0444) ) has issued an update.
Sincere Watch (Hong Kong) reported that its luxury watch distribution business remains under pressure amid weak discretionary spending and macroeconomic uncertainties, with talks to add international brands stalled over disagreements on key commercial terms such as minimum purchase commitments. The company plans to sustain its existing operations and continue exploring cooperation with other watch brands despite sluggish demand.
The group’s property investment business in mainland China continues normal operations, but management intends to maintain its current scale given uncertainty in the Mainland property market and will look for diversification to broaden income streams and reduce risk. The company also confirmed ongoing delays in publishing its annual and interim results due to difficulties in retaining and recruiting experienced accounting staff, and said it expects manpower constraints to ease in the second half of 2026, after which it will still need several months to finalize its financial statements and resolve the auditor’s disclaimer of opinion, issuing quarterly updates in the meantime.
