Sincap Group Limited, a company incorporated in Singapore, has announced the striking off of its dormant subsidiary, Orion Energy Resources Pte. Ltd. The subsidiary, which was 99.97% directly owned by Sincap, had net assets of nil at the time of the application for striking off. This action is expected to result in a non-cash, one-off foreign exchange translation effect of approximately RMB1.2 million for the financial year ending December 31, 2025. The announcement clarified that none of the directors or controlling shareholders have any direct or indirect interest in this action, aside from their shareholdings or roles within the company.
