Sincap Group Ltd. ( (SG:XZB) ) has issued an update.
Sincap Group Limited, a company incorporated in Singapore, has announced its proposed acquisition of the entire issued and paid-up share capital of Skylink APAC Pte. Ltd. The company has lodged a circular with the SGX-ST containing details of the acquisition and has issued notices for an extraordinary general meeting to seek shareholder approval. Additionally, Sincap Group has received a waiver from compliance with certain Catalist rules and an extension of time until October 2025 to meet new listing requirements and submit a resumption of trading proposal.
