Sincap Group Limited has announced changes to its Board and Board Committees following the resignation of Mr. Tay Boon Zhuan as an Independent Director. Mr. Tay has accepted a position with the Vendor’s Non-Target Group to assist with financial reporting and management. The company plans to appoint new independent directors after the completion of its proposed acquisition of Skylink APAC Pte. Ltd. In the interim, Mr. Teh Wing Kwan will serve as Acting Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee.
