Sincap Group Limited, a company incorporated in Singapore, has announced a proposed change of its independent auditor from Foo Kon Tan LLP to Forvis Mazars LLP. This change is associated with the company’s reverse takeover of Skylink APAC Pte. Ltd., which will result in a change of control and shift the principal business focus to that of the acquired company. The change in auditor is not due to any issues with the current auditor’s performance or integrity but is intended to ensure continuity, as Forvis Mazars LLP is already familiar with the business of the acquired company.
