Silvercorp Metals Inc. has successfully completed the acquisition of Adventus Mining Corporation, with Adventus shareholders now owning a portion of Silvercorp shares. The completion of this acquisition will result in the delisting of Adventus shares from the TSX Venture Exchange and the termination of its public reporting obligations. Adventus executives have agreed to stay on in consultancy roles to ensure a smooth transition.
