Silvercorp Expands With Adventus Acquisition

Adventus Mining (TSE:ADZN) has released an update.

Silvercorp Metals Inc. has announced an agreement to acquire Adventus Mining Corporation, expanding its portfolio with the advanced El Domo project and increasing its geographical and metal diversification. Shareholders of Adventus will receive 0.1015 of a Silvercorp share for each Adventus share, valuing the transaction at approximately C$200 million. The acquisition promises to enhance Silvercorp’s production profile with the addition of El Domo, which is ready for accelerated production with sufficient funding and necessary permits in place.
