Silver47 Starts Major Drill Program at Hughes Project in Nevada’s Tonopah District

Silver47 Exploration Corp ( (TSE:AGA) ) has issued an announcement.

Silver47 Exploration has commenced a 2026 drill campaign at its Hughes Project in Nevada, targeting the highly prospective eastern extension of the historic Tonopah Mining District. The program will use both core and reverse circulation rigs to advance existing pre-collared holes and complete at least 7,000 meters of drilling.

Initial work will focus on the Ruby discovery, where previous holes cut very high-grade silver-equivalent mineralization, with follow-up drilling designed to locate and define the primary high-grade structure. Additional drilling will probe the Sapphire and Emerald targets several kilometers east of the historic district, backed by roughly $54 million in working capital that provides room to expand the program if results warrant.
