Silver47 Exploration Corp has launched a $20 million bought deal public offering of 19,048,000 units at $1.05 per unit, each consisting of one common share and one-half warrant exercisable at $1.40 for 36 months, with an additional over-allotment option of up to 15% for the underwriting syndicate. The financing, expected to close around the week of January 12, 2026 subject to regulatory approvals and TSX Venture Exchange listing of the related securities, will fund accelerated and expanded drilling across the company’s silver projects as well as working capital, potentially advancing its aggressive growth strategy in key U.S. silver jurisdictions and supporting its ambition to solidify its position as a leading high-grade silver developer.
