Silver Viper Minerals Corp. successfully completed the initial portion of its private placement financing, raising over $2.1 million by issuing units that include common shares and purchase warrants. This funding will primarily support the expansion and exploration of the La Virginia Project, with a portion allocated for a final payment due in June 2024 and general corporate purposes.
