Silver Viper Minerals Corp (TSE:VIPR) has released an update.

Silver Viper Minerals Corp. has announced a non-brokered private placement to raise $4 million through the sale of units at $0.10 each. These funds are earmarked for working capital, general corporate purposes, and the continued exploration of the La Virginia Project, including drilling activities. The offering, available to Canadian investors excluding Quebec, will close in tranches with the first expected around April 12, 2024.
