Silver Valley Metals Corp. has strategically sold its Ranger-Page Project in Idaho to Silver Dollar Resources, enabling the company to avoid share dilution and focus on its core Mexi-Can lithium/sulphate of potash project. The deal not only prevents significant capital dilution but also allows Silver Valley to retain royalty interests and a stake in Silver Dollar, offering potential upside from Silver Dollar’s La Joya project in Mexico.
