Silver Tide Holdings Limited is set to rebrand as King’s Stone Holdings Group Limited, aiming to freshen its corporate image and align with its shareholders’ best interests. The name change is contingent upon shareholder approval at the 2024 Annual General Meeting and subsequent registration in the Cayman Islands. The rebranding will not affect shareholder rights or share trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
