Silver Storm Mining Ltd. has successfully completed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising $1.47 million through the issuance of over 13 million units at $0.11 each. These funds are earmarked for advancing drilling operations, technical studies for a possible 2025 restart, and general ongoing operations, particularly at the La Parrilla Silver Mine Complex. The Offering was conducted by private placement, with securities not registered under the U.S. Securities Act and subject to a four-month hold period.
