Silver Storm Mining Ltd., a company specializing in advanced-stage silver projects in Mexico, has reported a delay in filing their annual financial statements and interim financial reports due to complexities from acquiring La Parrilla assets. However, they expect to meet the new deadline set by the British Columbia Securities Commission for September 27, 2024. The company’s management cease trade order (MCTO) will remain until all required documents are filed, but this does not impede the ability of shareholders to trade company securities.
