Silver Storm Mining Ltd. has issued a bi-weekly update on the status of the management cease trade order (MCTO) related to delays in filing their required annual and interim financial documents, originally due on July 29 and August 29, 2024, respectively. Due to complexities from acquiring La Parrilla assets, the filings are anticipated to be completed by September 27, 2024, with interim filings to follow within five business days. The MCTO will remain in effect until all required documents are submitted, but does not impact the trading of the company’s securities by shareholders.
