Silver Storm Mining Ltd. has received an extension on their management cease trade order (MCTO) from the British Columbia Securities Commission, pushing the deadline from September 27, 2024, to October 11, 2024, due to delays in filing their annual and interim financial statements. The company attributes the delay to complications from the acquisition of the La Parrilla assets but assures there are no other material changes or anticipated defaults, and intends to file the overdue documents shortly after completing the annual filings.
