Silver Spruce Secures Extension for Private Placement

Silver Spruce Resources (TSE:SSE) has released an update.

Silver Spruce Resources Inc. has received an extension from the TSX Venture Exchange to complete the second tranche of its private placement by June 14, 2024. The company, which is involved in various mining projects in Canada and Mexico, expects to close the tranche before the extended deadline. The completion of the private placement is contingent upon the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
