Silver Spruce Resources Inc. has successfully completed the initial portion of its planned private placement, raising $299,750 by issuing nearly 20 million units. These units, priced at $0.015 each, include a common share and a five-year warrant exercisable at $0.05. The funds will primarily support the exploration of the company’s mineral projects and provide general working capital.
