Silver Spruce Resources (TSE:SSE) has released an update.
Silver Spruce Resources Inc. has expanded its mining territory by acquiring 100% interest in 22 mineral claims adjacent to its Melchett Lake property in Ontario, covering an additional 448.8 hectares. The newly acquired claims are near the Nakina Zn-Au-Ag occurrence, which is considered a key mineralized target within the company’s existing property. The acquisition, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, was made for a nominal cash payment and the issuance of company shares to the vendor.
