Silver Spruce Completes Funding for Exploration

Silver Spruce Resources (TSE:SSE) has released an update.

Silver Spruce Resources Inc. has completed its private placement, raising $358,505 through the issuance of over 23 million Units, each including a share and a purchase warrant. The proceeds will fund exploration activities and general corporate expenses. The transaction included insider participation and is subject to a four-month hold period and regulatory approval.
