Silver Range Resources Ltd. is set to issue 170,038 shares to Paladin Geoscience Corp. for geological consulting services, pending TSX Venture Exchange approval. The shares, rewarded for services from October 2023 to March 2024, will be priced at a discount in line with Exchange policies. Silver Range, a precious metals prospect generator, is actively pursuing joint venture partnerships for its portfolio of high-grade precious metal properties.
