Silver Predator Shareholders Approve All Resolutions

Silver Predator (TSE:SPD) has released an update.

Silver Predator Corp. recently held its Annual General Meeting where shareholders voted in favor of all proposed resolutions, including the re-election of five directors and the re-appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditors. Post-meeting, the company’s board of directors appointed key executive positions, with Nathan Tewalt as Board Chair and John T. Rickard as CEO, among others. Silver Predator is an exploration company with mining projects in the United States.
