Silver Predator Extends Warrant Expiry Date

Silver Predator (TSE:SPD) has released an update.

Silver Predator Corp. has announced an extension of the expiration date for Warrants issued during a private placement in June 2022, from June 22, 2024, to December 31, 2025, pending TSX Venture Exchange approval. The exercise price remains at $0.165 per share, with the last closing price of the common shares at $0.085. This extension applies to over 5.8 million Warrants, none of which are held by company insiders.
