Silver North Concludes $1M Financing Round

Alianza Minerals (TSE:SNAG) has released an update.

Silver North Resources Ltd. successfully completed the final tranche of its previously announced financing, raising a total of $1 million through the sale of units and flow-through shares. The funds will support Canadian Exploration Expenditures and other corporate activities, with insiders participating in the placement. Additionally, the company paid finder’s fees in cash and warrants as part of the fundraising efforts.
