Silver Mountain Resources, Inc. Class A (TSE:AGMR) has released an update.
Silver Mountain Resources Inc. has announced the TSX Venture Exchange’s approval for the trading of nearly 87.6 million warrants, with an additional 10.2 million potentially issuable through over-allotment and broker options. These warrants allow holders to purchase the company’s class A common shares at $0.135 each until April 2028. Silver Mountain, a silver explorer and mine developer, is focused on its Castrovirreyna Project in Peru and plans to restart production at the Reliquias underground mine.
