Silver Mountain Resources Inc. has revealed that its directors will be compensated with company shares instead of cash for their fees over the next year. This novel approach to director remuneration includes a Security Based Compensation with a total value of up to $270,000, subject to shareholder approval and exchange policies. The shares will be issued quarterly, with the price based on the average closing price of the last five trading days of each quarter.
