Silver Lake Resources Limited has announced a court-approved scheme meeting for shareholders to vote on the proposed merger with Red 5 Limited. The Scheme Booklet, detailing the merger and containing the independent expert’s report, will be dispatched to shareholders on May 2, 2024. The Silver Lake board unanimously recommends the merger, encouraging shareholders to review the materials and vote in favor, with the meeting set for May 31, 2024.
