Silver Lake Endorses Merger with Red 5

Silver Lake Resources Limited (AU:SLR) has released an update.

Silver Lake Resources Limited has completed the distribution of the Scheme Booklet to its shareholders regarding the proposed merger with Red 5 Limited, advising them on the upcoming Scheme Meeting where they will vote on the merger. The booklet includes an independent expert’s report which deems the merger to be fair and reasonable, and the Silver Lake board has unanimously recommended shareholders to vote in favor of the Scheme. Shareholders are encouraged to vote on this significant decision either in person at the meeting scheduled for May 31, 2024, or via proxy.
