Silver Lake Resources Limited has announced that Director Luke Tonkin has significantly altered his stake in the company through the acquisition and conversion of performance rights. As of 3 June 2024, following shareholder approval, Tonkin has increased his holding to 3,396,845 Ordinary Shares, while all his FY22, FY23, and FY24 Performance Rights have been converted and no longer exist. The changes come with no monetary consideration, implying a seamless internal restructure of his interests.
