Silver Lake Resources Limited has announced a proposed ‘merger of equals’ with Red 5 Limited, where Red 5 will acquire all shares of Silver Lake, pending shareholder approval. Shareholders are to vote on the merger at a meeting scheduled for May 31, 2024, with a court hearing set for June 6, 2024, to potentially finalize the approval. Shareholders have the option to appear at the court hearing to express support or opposition to the merger.
