Silver Elephant Mining Corp (TSE:ELEF) has released an update.

Silver Elephant Mining Corp. successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on May 10, 2024, where shareholders approved all proposed resolutions, including the election of four directors and the appointment of Mao & Ying LLP as auditors. The newly elected directors will serve until the next AGM, with each receiving over 91% approval from the votes cast. The full voting results are available on the SEDAR website.
