Silver Elephant Mining Aims to Raise $960K in Private Placement

Silver Elephant Mining (TSE:ELEF) has released an update.

Silver Elephant Mining Corp. is set to raise $960,000 through a non-brokered private placement by offering 2,000,000 units at $0.48 each. This move, which includes participation from company directors, aims to fund the Paca phase one sulphide operation and support general corporate activities. The placement is contingent on approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange.
