Silver Bull Resources, Inc. successfully held its annual shareholders’ meeting with over a quarter of its shares represented. Shareholders re-elected the board of directors with high approval rates, ratified the appointment of Smythe LLP as the independent accounting firm for the upcoming fiscal year, and approved both a key persons retention agreement and executive compensation plans. Additionally, the board decided to hold an advisory vote on executive compensation every three years based on the shareholders’ preference.
